Eeboo Wall Cards
When we were closing things out, I was smart and saved a few boxes of these (originally thinking I would use them to decorate a bedroom at some point). Now, I wish I would have saved more. "W" loves them and they're quite durable. The 8 x 10 size is perfect and I love the beautiful graphics. I'm ordering more for his birthday.

Lace Leggings from Gigis Apparel
Now that I have a beautiful new niece, you'll be seeing more girly posts. My mom bought these for her the other day, can't wait to get her chubby little leggies in them. FYI they are cheaper at Brats in Bountiful than online.

B & N eReader
I downloaded the new eReader from Barnes & Noble today. Mostly just for the 6 free ebooks. It would be much cooler if I had an iPhone or a Blackberry, maybe in my next life.

Coconut Dipped Cones
I love dipped cones, any flavor. I tried coconut at Dairy Delight the other day. The coconut was toasted and now I try to justify getting one every night by walking there to get one. That's justified, right? It's ok if you walk.

Peanut Posh
I just think this blog has become sporadic and there's nothing I can do about it. Aren't these cute, though?

YouthCity Artways
I am soooo excited about this. (I know, you are starting to think I excite easily) I love that child/parent classes for art and music start at age 1 1/2 and dance at 2 1/2. I always thought "W" would enjoy something like this, but every other one I've seen starts at at least age 3. And, classes are either free or have a small fee, even better.

Local Food Co-op
I had heard rumors that we had a food co-op in our community, but today I got the juicy details. I'm so excited about it. It will be great incentive for eating healthier, and making sure my family gets their fruits and veggies.

Gwenna by Antonio Melani @ Dillards
I bought this little number to go to a wedding at Rose Sachs Garden, a dear friend of mine. So fun to wear, beautiful detail. I also liked this orange one, but it wasn't on sale. The wedding was stunning.

Coconut Pecan Frosting
Tomorrow is PBTB's bd. I will be making german chocolate cake, his favorite. I have mastered the coconut pecan frosting recipe to his exact liking. I make a double batch for 1 cake, another request.
1 egg
1 5 oz. can evaporated milk
2/3 C sugar
1/4 C margarine or butter
1 1/3 C flaked coconut
1/2 C chopped pecans
In a saucepan beat egg slightly. Stir in milk, sugar, and margarine. Cook and stir over medium heat about 12 minutes or until thickened and bubbly. Stir in coconut and pecans. Cool thoroughly. Spread on cake.

Pickleville Playhouse
I remember going here as a kid while at a family reunion in Bear Lake, so much fun. I was looking forward to taking "W" there this weekend, but our plans have changed. Our building permit has been approved, so PBTB is digging our hole this weekend instead, Hooray!
