Schleich for Potty Training

No matter how good or how many other toys I introduce "W" to, he still cannot get enough of his Schleich. So, we're taking advantage and using them as a bribe for potty training. Wish us luck. His current favorites......all of african descent.

There's a sophistication that I love about Boden. They have a lot of items that I would love to have, mainly out of my budget. It seems as if the swimsuits are priced a bit more realistically for me. I'm loving their kids suits too, a little pricey, but adorable (luv it when the boys' styles are equally as cute as the girls). I think this suit is a must-have for myself.

If someone were to tell me years ago that our child would not be ticklish. I would have insisted he was an imposter. Of course that was before I knew they would both have blue eyes. I had to have this book anyhow and he thinks it's a lot of fun, even if he's just acting the part when we tickle him.

Raku Pottery

My sister collects Raku pottery. It's made with horsehair and apparently the firing can be dangerous. I think I would like a piece when our house is complete. I don't consider myself a collector of anything. (Although I do have some collections, does that make sense?) I don't love all Raku. I think it takes some searching to find something exquisite. But, when you find it, that it is.

Dinosaur Train

Every pre-schooler I know is in love with Dinosaur Train. I saw bits of it for the first time today....two thumbs up, both the boys were glued to Aunt Duchess' computer screen.
